Description
Silicon power diode 5A, (U) 50V, blocking diode. For accessories, taillights or Rücklicht-/Blinker combinations, it may happen that the brake line, a small leakage current flows when the backlight cable is connected. This can cause problems. E.G. LoF's at once a trailer is connected. In order to prevent this, a 5A blocking diode in series is connected to the brake light cable in such a way that the current can flow to the rear light but not back. Reverse direction: it puts the diode forward and the silver bar on the diode is right, can only flow of current from left to right.
